Nero Video is an all-in-one software to manage your video files from the time you import them from your hard drive or an external source (camera, TV), through their organization, editing, and burning to a CD, DVD, or Blu-ray.
Nero Video includes a media library to organize your video files, as well as photos and music from your PC. It integrates with Windows Explorer as well as the iTunes multimedia library and offers sorting options so that you can quickly find the files you want. You can also use it to organize projects created with Nero Video.
The video editing tool Nero Video supports many file formats, even allowing the import and customization of projects created in Windows Live Movie Maker. There are two modes available - namely a quick edit mode and an advanced mode. In both cases, editing the videos is effortless and you also have the ability to add a wide range of video, transitions, and text effects for quality results. Nero Video also lets you create slideshows for playback on your computer or through your connected TV.

A new home screen for easy operation

Nero Video has a new interface with simplified menus and settings. Thanks to the quick editing and advanced editing modes, it's suitable for both novice and advanced users. Note that the software now supports drag and drop functionality so that you can add files in the blink of an eye by dropping them in the drop zone on the home screen.
